Summer quickie #2: Golden Fish filets with salad (黃金魚排)
Another quick dish which doesn’t need a lot of preparation work and time. But who would want to work at those current temperatures anyway… Bon appetite and thanks Fang Fang for the nice pictures!
Ingredients
- Fish filet (鱼排)
- 1 egg (鸡蛋)
- Bread powder (日清炸雞粉)
- Pepper, lemon juice (胡椒, 柠檬汁)
- Tartar sauce (塔塔酱)
- Salad (色拉)
Preparation
Sprinkle fish with lemon juice and use a little pepper. Bread it using egg and bread powder, then fry from both sides in hot oil. Immediately serve with salad and tartar sauce. You can also serve rice or boiled potatos with the fish.
